Nimeishi Tanzania, Afrika Mashariki kwa miaka miwili kama meneja wa kampuni ya kimataifa, na Hungary, nimefanya kazi na wateja wa Ulaya na Afrika. Pamoja na watendakazi wenzangu wa awali Afrika Mashariki na Afrika ya Sahara, pamoja na wenzangu kutoka katika makampuni ya Ulaya ya Kati, tumeamua kuunganisha biashara katika kanda hizi ndani ya mabara haya mawili kwa kutumia mfumo wetu wa mahusiano.

When Peter and I worked together ( which was from November 2011 through to October 2014) I was head of IBM's Global Account which delivered all of the services and applications used by IBM staff in EMEA. The user base was over 100,000 across a wide range of platforms(Mainframe, Midrange, Linux) and in 89 countries. Peter acted as our focal point for our technical service staff (known in IBM as SSO). His role was to manage issues and drive projects with the technical teams. I found Peter to be honest and open with a desire to get work completed and to the right standard. He is likeable and in my dealings with him I found him to be trustworthy and reliable. He performed successfully in his role and this was a challenging 
role as we were in the middle of significant organisational change and compliance work at the time.
